What Causes Sharp Pains In Shoulder Blades While Coughing?

Today, while eating lunch, food went down the wrong way and I began to cough hard - very hard. While coughing, I began to get very sharp, electric-like pains shooting across my shoulder blades and down both arms, immediately followed by hot pins and needles. The coughing finally dislodged the stuck particle and the nasty pains went away. What was it?

in nasopharynx it has entered trachea. now it has gone out and nothing toworry. can do warm saline gurgling.
