What Causes Sharp Pains Very Close To My Spine?

for the past week and a half i have had these symptoms: started with a minor sore throat, next waking up in the middle of the night shivering, next night sweating,next symptom was coughing, and recently i get sharp pains very close to my spine, sore throat came back but much more severe, tonsils are not swollen, also i was congested. i have right now a severe sore throat and coughing. can you help me? i would like a doctors opinion and what i should do to cure this. please help me!!
