Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Lower abdominal pain can be caused by urinary tract infection, urinary tract stones, ovaries cyst, inguinal hernia.
If you have also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, back pain. Lower abdominal pain can radiate to the leg.
Hernia gives usually a lump in the groin. The pain is more intense whe standing, coughing or lifting heavy objects.

I suggest you to visit your doctor. Urine analysis, blood work, abdominal ultrasound should be done at first. If you are female, gynecologist consult and transvaginal ultrasound should be also done.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
