What Causes Sharp Right-sided Back Pain Post A Coughing Spell?

Yes I have a sharp pain on the right side in the back! It came on after a coughing spell! It subsided for a little bit a few days or so. Today I sneezed and it hurts a lot. The pain has not gone away and hurts when I bend over. I have had a kidney stone before and it feels different. No pain in the pubis area?

As per your history is concerned your symptom is associated with lots of pathological disorders,so to ruled out these please make a Full blood count with differential.Never take any symptomatic medicines.(Thanks)
