Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
High Blood pressure with Prinzmetal's angina, as it seems to disturb you when you are at rest and occurs with breaks.Other causes/ types as stable / unstable angina- of the angina need to be ruled by Second opinion from Cardiologist Consults.
Shooting pain is from recurring coronary spasm at rest and needs to be evaluated as it is risky and indicates uncontrolled.
As all your tests seem to be normal, this suggests the need to control your lifestyle and the blood pressure..
So you should worry and investigate with holtzer stress test to find out the coronary narrowed areas, which are missed on routine test in your case.
Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
