What Causes Sharp Stabbing Pain In Right Shoulder?

Im 59 female had renal cancer one year ago with the removal of right kidney it was stage one. Iv been ex periencing sharp stabbing pain on my right shoulder apx i thought it may be a pinch nerve ive tried ice heat dont work when i get the pain it hurts it alerts me only on one side do you think i could have blood clot

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be blood clot, but looking to your history of malignancy it is advisable to get done some test because this can not be neglected, hope this information helps, take care.
