What Causes Sharp Stabbing Pain That Radiates From Neck To Heart?

Sudden sharp stabbing pain that lasts a few seconds and radiates from left side of neck to my heart. Lasts less than 3 seconds and comes and goes maybe once or twice an hour. I take an aspirin a day along with diabetic meds. Insulin along with a simstatin and a colesterol med. I have experienced similar episodes in the past and diagnosed with no heart issues. Last time was 3-4 years ago. Last stress test was 10 months ago and no issues.

Hey. The symptoms you have told seemed to be of angina which aggravated with exertion n improves on rest. As you are also diabetic so this isn't very safe consult your cardiologist as soon as possible.
