What Causes Sharp Stinging Pain And Tingling Sensation In Right Rib And Back?

I have most of the symptoms listed, but is also have PMR, pain in various of my body, hips, back, knees.Today began with sharp stinging pain in the area of my right ribs in back, also have had a tingling sensation in the same area. I am 75 so some aches and pain would be normal, but somehow lately this pain seems different,

This pain can be cardiac and you should get an ECG and Echocardiography done and consult back with reports.
