What Causes Sharp Testicle Pains While Masturbating?

Hi, when I masturbate the right side of my right testicle experiences mild sharp pains, not that much pain but it hurts enough to stop my masturbation. My lower back area has been hurting on and off lately, and I m not sure what it is. I am diagnosed with a varicocele in my left testicle, however my right testicle is the one that hurts. The testicle(s)do not hurt otherwise, only when I masturbate. This past week I haven t masturbated as much as usual, but I started again and ever since then it hurts when I do. I am a 13 year old male who is a virgin and does not consist of and STDs. Any idea what it is?

Thanks for your query.
The pain while masturbating at such an young age is usually due to blockage of the vas deference. This is usually due to the dead tissue plugs and can pass out with time.
If not, consult the Urologist for clinical examination and get operated for the Left varicocele if indicated and for the right pain.
