What Causes Sharp Thorn Like Scabs On The Scalp With Burning Sensation?
I have sharp thorn like scabs coming out of my scalp they burn and sting until I pull them out its been going on for over a year last July I was in a accident where my truck when off a mountain I rolled several times in the ER they said I had a major concussion and severe whip lash I have headaches every day the headaches I can deal with but the ongoing thorns I can not hoping you can help me figure out what this is and guide me in the right direction
