What Causes Sharp Vaginal Pain While Suffering From Adenomyosis?

I have Essure coils in place since nov 2014, went for 3 month post hsg test and confirmed 100% occlusion and correct placement of coils. For the last 6months, I ve had sharp pains on pelvic region, frequent fluttering, itchy scalp, shoulders and break out in rash whenever I wear custom jewelry. I m sure it s Essure related but what can I do so my doctor can hear me? I went Monday for a transvaginal ultrasound and all she said was that she sees adenomyosis. I want the coils out!!

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Itchy scalp, shoulders, break out of rash are understandably due to allergy caused by custom jewellery.
Discontinuation of the jewellery will prevent the rash from increasing.
Antihistamine drug will help to resolve the rash and associated symptoms of itching.
Sharp pain in pelvic region could be due to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
Adenomyosis is another cause of pelvic pain.
Thus, PID needs to be ruled out and adenomyosis needs to be managed with anti-inflammatory drugs, hormonal therapy and endometrial ablation in some cases.
Please consult your gynecologist for management.
The coils will have to be removed for the management of adenomyosis.
