What Causes Shimmering In Vision?
I was a little dizzy, and was seeing something like a swipe of lightning or a shimmering lake kind of thing only in my right field of vision. The shimmering lasted for about 15 minutes, and stopped as soon as I pulled over and ate something. I ve had a sinus problem for a couple of days,(maybe from air conditioning) and woke up this morning with a soar throat as well. I can usually kick this kind of thing with salt water irrigation of sinuses and gargling, but have never experienced the shimmering in vision before. Any ideas? Thank you

get your eye tested. refraction, fundus examination, field tracing. for sinus problem and throat get it checked by ent doctor and take proper treatment. after eye checkup and investigation any problem detected should be treated.
