Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,
Shivering, fatigue and experiencing cold could be due to viral infection. I suggest you to take rest and muscle relaxants to relieve pain. I suggest you to stay in quarantine for at least a week due to corona epidemic all over the world. For acid reflux, you can take proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and avoid fatty and spicy food items.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
