Hello welcome to HCM.
In diabetes there are always chances of low blood sugar levels..
My advice to you is -
1. It seems that your blood sugar levels are fluctuating from low to normal levels. So that you feel intermittently giddi and cold.
2. Do check yourself to confirm that the episodes are due to low blood sugar or not by taking some sugar when you have that episode, it should be improved by taking sugar if it's hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar).
3.check whwhether the episodes are more on empty stomach, it again confirm low blood sugar is the reason.
4.consult a physician and get FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c every 3 monthly. And get a CBC done also to rule out infection.
Thank you.
