What Causes Shivering, Diarrhea And Nausea?

What cause shivering,loose motion and nausea? I have been feeling like this last three days, only in afternoon and evening I have been having 4 times loose motion, nausea, but only feeling shivering at night time. If I put cardigan in then I feel better with no shivering, after a while I felt getting the temperature. The shivering goes away after few hours. Then I was having slightly insomnia, last two days ago was having panic attack, is it what causing? I also have IBS but that has calm down after two months.

You can have here viral gastroenteritis like intestinal inflammation

Symptomatic management done for that

Drink lots of fluid and water to maintain hydration...

Avoid excess spicy foods and fried foods

Fruits taken more

Rabeprazole plus domperidone combination drug can be prescribed for few days

Investigate with stool examination and CBC, if suggestive of bacterial infection like that by presence of pus cells in stool and high neutrophils than antibiotic course prescribed
