What Causes Shivering In A Person Suffering With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis?
I have been having seizure-like shaking that began in May when I had an allergic reaction to Septra. I was given an epi shot for the allergy and started shaking. I wound up in the hospital for 2 days and nights, was given Ativan and prednisolone for the seizures (I never lost consciousness during the episodes), and it took a week on the Ativan to get them to stop. Since then, I have been diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and started on oxygen and Esbriet. I had episodes of the shaking in October that lasted four days. Now, Monday night and tonight, they have started again. Any idea what is happening to me?

I really appreciate your concern, the medicine Ativan and prednisolone are not for seizure but it is could be given for something else and seizure is questionable, it may be functional disorder, better to get done CT of brain hope this information helps.
