What Causes Shivering In Legs Radiating To The Chest?

Good morning Doctor, I am a Nigerian. There is this strange movement in my body when it comes, I will not get myself, it gives me fear, is as follows if one want to give up. It will start from my leg and it will now center in between my two breast given me fear as if one want to die, it usually happens whenever I asleep but I can control it if i m awake. What could be the cause. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, this is the psychological condition you must have developed and it is nothing to worry, be positive and practical no need to fear of anything you are not going to die at all be confident try to control your thought and everything would be fine soon hope this information helps.
