I am 25 yrs old Male. I do shiver quite a lot and this troubles me. When ever i am in stress physical or emotional i begin shivering a lot. Even if i were to carry a heavy load or soem thing i start shivering.. some times when i lose blood i start feeling very cold and nervous about it.. is there some thing i can do about it. i follow a very normal lifestyle . dont drink no smoke. vegetarian . eat eggs..no caffeine drinks ( rarely take coke nd stuff) but generally avoid.. still get shivering..can you help ??
