What Causes Shivering In The Night And Sleep Apnea?
(Jonathan) Male age 59. I don t do drugs of any type, or drink or smoke, etc. I am not overweight. I exercise. I do, however, have sleep apnea, which was officially validated last month. I frequently wake up at night shivering violently for several minutes until I take action to get extra blankets. This has been happening fairly frequently for about two years, but most notably during the past six months. Any suggestions?
