What Causes Shivering, Nausea And Dizziness After Having Dinner?

Ate pecan pie at 10 am, at 2pm had chicken and rice soup, before 6pm steak, squash corn, mashed potatoe dinner I started to feel shaky, nauseated, cold and clammy, and dizzy. This has previously occurred working in yard climbing a ladder and waiting to eat lunch after 2pm?
