What Causes Shivering Of Hands?

Hi sir/mam. I m 17 years old student with weight 43kgs and height 160 cms. My hands shake and shiver while writing.sometimes my hands pain as well and I feel as if one my nerves is being pulled inside. Due to this my handwriting becomes worse. When I hold my pen to write and start writing. it goes in some other directions involuntarily. Sometimes my hands and legs both shake. It becomes severe when I get tensioned while writing. I ve this problem for the past 2 years. please help me. what should I do? Should i consult a neurologist?
