What Causes Shivering On Both Hand Fingers?

Sir Iam 51 years old. I have shivering on both hand fingers for the last 7 years. All tests including MRI Scan , thyroid, Psychotrist evaluation taken. Nothing found adverse. doctors told to meditate. thats all. Still hands are shivering beyond self control. Left is better now. What to do for arrest completely. Awaiting your reply pl.176cms height. Weight 65 Kgs.
