What Causes Shivers Around The Facial And Leg Muscles With Twitching Body?
When I half smile my muscles around quiver. This also happens to my right foot when my feet are flat on ground and I lift my toes up. My foot starts shaking. I get muscle twitches all over my body which started visibly in my left thumb. My right leg feels heavy when walking. I also sometimes feel like I m shaking inside but not visibly. I did have pins and needles/buzzy feeling in hands and feet but it seems to have gone now. I also sometimes feel like I need to have my mouth half open

You will need to have a thorough check with the doctor, including a neurological examination. This will help the doctor to notice if there are any changes in muscle strength, reflexes, tone or your ability to sense touch which if any abnormality is present, it may indicate neurological conditions.
Some blood tests may be conducted as well to see your general health such as CBC ERS, TSH, electrolytes and creatinine, ALT, AST, lipids and sugar level.
