What Causes Shocking Pain In Urethra Radiating To Chest And Arms During Urination?

I have Urinary Tract issues and I have a sensation when I urinate (not everytime) of a sinsation that starts in the urethra area comes up into my chest and then goes down my arms. It is like a surge of pain(?) or shock. Urologist says it is because I tense up but not. I don t even think about it and it hits.

You need to do at first complete urine analysis and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, drink a lot of water in the meantime.
