What Causes Shocking Sensation In Abdomen Radiating To Testicle And Groin?

Hi Doctor, I am 25 years old. I have been struggling to find an answer for my condition which has been ongoing for about 10 months, I have been to 7 different doctors and no one is yet to give me an answer. I m having issues on the right side of the abdomen which also leads down towards my right testicle which has a little tension along with my groin. I wouldn t say it s unbearable pain but more so uncomfortable. I sometimes get small shocks in the right side. I feel as though I am always gassy. The pain went away for a solid month not too long ago but came back. I am starting to note the symptoms in order to get an answer to this condition. I have done several blood tests, CAT scan and ultrasounds and they are showing that all is fine according to the doctors. Is there anything you can think of that might help? Thank you in advance

Hello,

As per your history, it may be testicular torsion or lower ureteric calculi.

For further assessment, kindly do an ultrasound abdomen with scrotum.

For pain, you can take tablet acetaminophen. Use scrotum support.

Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous activity.
