What Causes Shocking Sensations Up And Down Spine For Days?

I am having shocking sensations up and down spine, behind ears, heav;y head, and through arms and legs. This has been going on for a few days now and very new and different and not in a good way. A week or so ago I was in a store standing by a column which shocked the heck out of me. Seems like it has been happeneing ever since and even more when I am on my blackberry. I am scared of this feeling. I have read about it and there are a lot of different causes - MS, Anxiety, menopause, neurological things??
