What Causes Shooting Leg Pain And Anus Pain After Periods?

Hello , I am a 28 yera old female, I have always suffered from painful periods. But over the last few years they have become more unbearable on one side of my body, generalluy my right. After my period, I get shooting pains up and down my legs, sharp stabs up my anus, so unbearable I can't sit down. I have a very swollen adomin for aleast a week and I have sever lower back pain. I have been dioganoise with a heart shaped uterus and I have been put on the pill , but it doesn't work.
