What Causes Shooting Pain In The Arms?

41, 191lbs, 71" / Shooting pain down inside of both arms after hard very sneeze. Pain lasting about a minute or two and gradually goes away. Issue has occurred before under same circumstances and it seems the post sneeze pain gets worse as I age. Recently diagnosed with high cholesterol and taking meds for it.
