Hello,
The pain, dizziness, nausea &
double vision can be related to some developing spinal problem (
spinal stenosis, slipped disc,
cervical spondylitis, etc).
Migraine headache or Migraine associated vertigo are triggered by
hypoglycemia, anxiety, stress, certain food, medicines, low blood pressure, stroke, smoking, alcohol or addictions.
Stay away from addictions if any. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, to rule out Vertigo & cervical stenosis. If vertigo is detected you will be treated with medications, avoid driving for a month or two.
He may refer you to a GP for blood test, CT, MRI, ECG, Cerebral angiogram, EEG, etc to rule out any brain injury or Stroke. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
