What Causes Short And Frequent Urination?

I have the constant feeling of having to urinate after I ejaculate. Though very little urine comes out I still feel as though I have to go. This can last for a few hours and when I do urinate I feel like I have to force it out. No real pain or burning sensation involved. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to solve this? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
If you are having this problem only after you ejaculate, and when it is OK all the time than its not a major problem

Looking at your description this might be related to prostate problem and structural or organic defect on urogenital tract

In my opinion.you should see a urologist in your own time for physical examination and an ultrasound to establish a diagnosis

If you can write back to me with your age and relevant medical history so that I will be able to tell you more precisely
waiting for your reply
Best wishes
