What Causes Short And Light Periods Along With Lower Back Pain?

Hi doctor I have a gynic problem. Usually I have a regular periods with a regular flow. But this month it was very very less I can say and bit dark in colour. I have lower back pain as well. Is that indicate that am pregnant or any other complication. It never happened with me so am biy worried. Thank you

Chances of pregnancy is very less likely and this can be ruled out with test
such less or scanty period could be due to hormone disturbances and this is pretty common condition and this is nothing to worry this would be fine soon, it is not the complication of any kind, hope this helps, take care.
