What Causes Short Menstrual Cycles While Taking PH Water?

My cycle usually last 5 to seven days. It is always heavy. I have been using ph water for about one month. This time my cycle was slightly heavy one day and by the 3rd day nearly over. The only difference is the ph water. Should I be concern because I am excited because I am usually feeling bad at this time?

Hi, I don't think there is any relationship between ph water and your periods. It can happen sometimes and is quite normal. So, you should not worry about it.
