What Causes Short Period With Heart Burn?

I have gotten 2 pregnancy tests come back negative but i just previously had my period and it only lasted two days... Now I m having severe heart burn and when I was pregnant with my daughter I had crazy heartburn. I don t know what to think because I m feeling these symptoms. Please help

Hello,

Heartburn and short period are not typical signs of pregnancy. I wanted to know your age because you may be in perimenopause. Also, a hormone disbalance is possible.
