What Causes Short Periods Along With Abdominal Cramps?

I had sex about 5 weeks ago, I took plan b within the 72 hour period I had my period 2 weeks after and I m on birth control, my period lasted 5 days and seemed normal but shorter than usual since I normally have a 7 day period, I have been experiencing bloating and some cramps, and I feel like it may be just gas, but I m not sure, I need help.

Some irregular patron is common in menses if taken hormone medicine, here abdomen discomfort may not be due to this hormone medicine but this could be due to dyspepsia, wait for some time this would be fine soon, take care and have a nice day.
