What Causes Short Periods Along With Dizziness And Cough?

I got my period on 7/28 and only lasted that one day, which is not normal for me (i usually have my period for 5-7 days) and the cramping was more intense then usual (i was taking 800 milligrams of ibuprofen for the pain every 4 hours). i also had a migraine that whole day with tunnel vision. after that i experience lightheaded and headaches until Wednesday 8/2/2017 and i started getting sick but just coughing. I m currently lightheaded and a little dizzy with a cough. not sure if any of this has anything to do with the strange period i had.

it is normal may be having hormonal deficiancy. get checked by gynechologist for examination and diagnosis so that treatment can be recomanded
