What Causes Short Periods With Clotting, Sore Breasts And Tiredness?

hi we have been ttc...i had a period that lasted 3 days very heavy and lots of clotting.my period normally lasts a week or so, very heavy and some clotting.have done a preg test,came back negative.what should i do as my breasts are sore,feel sick,always tired and hungry.help!
