What Causes Short-term Memory Loss While On Brahmi Capsules

I am 56 years young and I smoke, I work . For 3 days a week I work from 9.00 till 1.00 in the afternoon, this is when I still try to keep busy as activity is slowed down but I try to do puzzles or mindful colouring. However I sometimes have short-term memory loss as far as not being able to remember what I was doing. or going to do when I go into a room or where I leave the Keys I do tey to keep a routine and I eat healthy meals as well as taking brahmi capsules. My grand mother on my fathers side did die from demensia related illness .
