What Causes Short Term Memory Loss While On Ramipril?

I use 1.25 mg per day of Ramipril. My bp is now normally in the 100 to 105 over 50 to 55 and sometimes lower. I have experienced some short term memory issues that seem to be related to days with low bp and wonder if taking 1.25 mg it every other day is ok?
