What Causes Shorter Mid Cycles?

I am 36 and have not taken any birth control in 16 yrs my tubes are blocked. I have had 2 periods this month 14 days from the start of the 1st one until the start of the 2nd one. I am usualy 25 days apart. I do not take any medications other than Prestiq. Do you think I should see a Dr?
