Normal Blood Pressure(B P) at your age is Your B P is slightly high
Do not worry.
Check your weight,if high reduce it
Stress & anxiety also increase B P,take a sound sleep
Avoid smoking, reduce salt,sugar ,fat
Take protein, leafy vegetables, fresh fruits (no fruit juices) ,atleast 2-3 liters of water daily
Continue exercises
Wait for some time ,if B P is not controlled your doctor would start anti hypertensive medicines
Best of luck
