What Causes Shortness Of Breath After Taking Meprate?

I am taking meprate for the last 4 days morning and night for my irregular periods. I am experiencing shortness of breath for the past 2 days while sleeping and heart beat raised. I want to know whether this is the side effect of taking Meprate tab? kindly advise
