What Causes Shortness Of Breath After Taking Spasmo Canulase?

45 years male, weight 91 kg height 186 cm have hiatal hernia and was treated by Nexium 40 mg two times a day for 25 days then took one tablet of spasmo canulase to cure severe digestion problems which arrised after taking Nexium. Almost two hours after taking spasmo canulase felt high heart oulse rate, and a need to open mouth to breath then after approximatly 12 hours I felt severe shortness of breath which continued for another day but was gradually getting better after taking epicophylline 10 mg each 8 hours. during this time I drank a lot of water the urine color looked normal then it turned orange (almost 1/2 litre) and then became normal again. I stopped Nexium during my shortness of breath problem because I thought that either its long-term use of 80 mg a day or may be something with the new bill of spasmo canulase that I started the day before having the breathing difficulty may be the cause. I still not comfortable breathing what is your advice to me?
