For the last month, I find myself starving for air. I ve had a productive AND dry cough for a year. I usually exercise twice a week and play tennis once a week. But, now, the smallest task has me fatigued and panting for air. The phlegm is white: others have asked. My heart seems a bit different lately. Usually, it feels sound and strong. Now, it seems some-what labored and when I m lying down, there s a mild, mild ache that I assume is an overused pectorial muscle on my left side (I m left-handed). And a couple of times, last week I felt disoriented for about five to ten seconds. I take albuterol for asthma; Spiriva Respimat 2x2.5mcg once daily; Glipizide 10mg and Metformin 500mg--both twice a day; Losartan 25mg once daily; Robaxin for neck-shoulder spasm; Testosterone 100mg injection once per week. I was in great health until Agent Orange kicked in about fifteen years ago. (I m 68yo.)
