What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Heaviness In Chest?

I have been feeling short of breath for several weeks I came down with Laryngitis and struggled to breath no fever just felt puny but not bad enough to shut down on Wednesday but that evening I experienced a one time stabbing pain going from my stomach up to my chest should I be concerned I went to the doctor got a steroid shot and inhaler I am talking better but still feel as though I have a heaviness in my chest and a little hard to breath still.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here two possibilities are very likely and these could be allergic condition and may be some time aggravated with hyperacidity, and this can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
