What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Nausea And Headaches?

I am having weird symptoms including short breath, body tingling, cold chills, stomach and chest burning, nausea, and headache. I don’t think I’m having a heart attack because it’s been going on for almost an hour. Maybe a panic attack. I painted two small rooms in my house today. Please help!
