What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Pain In Neck And Fatigue?

My daughter has been passing out, extremely short of breath where she feels like she can t breathe, pain on the left side of her neck, tingling and numbness in her left arm, chest pain and paleness of her skin and sweaty skin. She has been checked by 2 cardiologists and nothing has shown up on the EKGs or Echos but this continues to happen. Last episode was last Friday where she passed out for45 seconds. She has been short of breath since. She is 98 lbs, 5 3 and is 15. Any ideas what to look at next?
