What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Severe Palpitations?

Since January 08 20 2018 I had this weird feeling in my heart and lungs and throat? First it was my chest and I couldn’t breath and then it was my heart beating really hard and fast for like 5-10 seconds, now it’s like I will be doing laundry and all of a sudden I have to force myself to breath, lik I’ll skip a breath, I have weird pins and needles around my chest up, especially in my throat, I’m scared and none of my local doctors are doing anything but blood tests, I did x-rays and this heart check and I’m currently waiting on multiple blood tests results, but I know most of them come back normal or they say it’s acid reflux, but it doesn’t feel like it, and acid reflux doesn’t last this long! I’m so scared because I’ll go to bed thinking I’ll die in my sleep which causes anxiety and a panic attack. Please help me
