What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Burping?

i am a male of 21 yrs fully healthy,,,since from 5months m havin shortness of breath along with burrping continously,,havin some abdomain pain,tightness of stomach n chest part,,,went 2 hospital done all test ,like ecg,cbc.liver function test,endoscopy,x -ray,,evrything is normal..but having bilirubin direct n globulin little more,,,,,,can any one help me out please

I can understand your concern.
Since all your investigations are normal, no need to worry for heart diseases.
Shortness of breath in young age (21 years) can be due to asthma. And for the diagnosis of asthma, you need to get done PFT (pulmonary function test). You have not done PFT yes.
So in my opinion, you should first get done PFT.
If PFT is normal then no need to worry for asthma.
Stress and anxiety can also cause shortness of breath with burping.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, with counselling and drugs, you will be alright.
