What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Chest Discomfort?

having trouble with tight chest like i cannot catch my breath having trouble eating now with out getting sick and have a hack cough I have been taking lexapro for the past week and also i have xanax if very bad attach comes on. i am also taking a delayed antacid but taking it once a day BUT have changed to 2 times TO SEE IF MADE A DIFFERENCE I am having trouble with gasping for air and lost about 10lbs this week go anty ideas?

Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
Short breathedness not relieved by the medications indicate an urgent examination by a cardiologist. Loss of weight along with short breaths, can possibly be heart problrm ( coronory disease).. and that needs earliest diagnosis &treatment.
Please consult heart specialist..in ER.
