Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query shortness of breath and continuous burping can occur due to many reasons like indigestion, hyperacidity, acid reflux and formation of intestinal gas. I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and an upper G.I Endoscopy and enteroscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly. In case of acid reflux he can advise you to take Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole, antacids like Milk of magnesia and H2 blockers like Ranitidine.Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for allergy specialist for condition like asthma .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
